Initial Conversation

We start with a no-cost conversation. You tell us about your business, your goals, and what’s in your way.

Evaluation — $2,500

If we agree there’s a fit, we conduct an individually scoped $2,500 evaluation. The agreement identifies the assumption, questions, client materials and work required. The Evaluation is a standalone engagement.

Findings & Recommendation

You receive a written brief covering the assumption, work performed, findings and recommended solution. We present the findings in a live conversation, whether the next step involves OS Bureau or not.

Intervention

If OS Bureau is the right fit to execute the recommendation, we develop a separate scope of work and price it according to the actual requirements.

Partnership

After successfully solving a problem together, some clients may benefit from an ongoing strategic relationship.
